The Equestrian Jean is an all-time favorite at Goode Rider. A modified midrise, full seat breech with a custom fit waistband and velcro closures at the bottom. Not only will they become your go to riding breeches but they will fit as snug as your favorite pair of jeans.

Comfy but clunky

The fit was great - very comfy. The jean material is not very tough. I'd prefer something more durable - being jean material. The lower legs are very old school and super clunky. I couldn't get them to wrap around my legs and not be bulky under my tall boot. Aside from not looking very smart without tall boots.

Not a real full seat breech

Because the seat is not a true grippy full seat, I will not be wearing them riding horses

Pretty Good

These are made with a soft and stretchy jean fabric that is very comfortable to wear. These are cut slightly larger than the two other pairs of jean breeches from Goode Rider that I own. These only get three stars from me because I don't like how the bottoms are finished with the velcro opening. There is a long opening on the side and only a very tiny piece of velcro at the bottom of the jean. There is no way to fasten these in a way that doesn't bunch or leave a gap. They always look messy. The other pairs I own finish in a tight cuff which is a much cleaner and better finish to the bottom. I don't know why you didn't do that with these. I would not buy another pair of breeches with this type of bottom finish.
