Love this jacket. Light bug warm. True to size. I bought the black one and love the white contrast on the zippers. I don’t think the white piping around the sleeves at the wrist will be white for long, however!

Waiting on an exchange

I initially ordered a large but needed to exchange it for a Med. I received the email for the return on Nov 30th but have not seen anything since confirming the exchange or an estimated arrival date so it is too early to give a good review. I know they are probably really busy with the holiday but I would have thought I would have received some sort of confirmation that they have my exchange info
