Lindsey Vonn

Lindsey Vonn was born as Lindsey Caroline Kildow on October 18, 1984 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Vonn is an American alpine ski racer, and was the first American woman to win the gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics in downhill. She also won three consecutive World Cup Championships in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and was the first American woman and second woman ever to accomplish this. All of Vonn’s successes and victories have led her to be the most successful American woman skier in history.
